ProGalaxy eLabs Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") operates BTech Recruiter, an ATS platform and recruitment services product. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share your personal data when you use our services at btechrecruiter.in.

• Account data: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title when you register.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and actions taken within the platform.
• Candidate data: Résumés, test results, interview notes, and assessments submitted by employers or candidates through the ATS.
• Payment data: Billing address and transaction records (payment card details are processed by our payment provider and are not stored by us).
• Device & technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

9. DPDP Act 2023 Compliance

As a Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we collect data only for lawful purposes with consent (or other lawful basis), maintain transparency, implement technical/organisational safeguards, honour Data Principal rights, and do not transfer data outside India without appropriate safeguards.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
