No unlawful use, harassment, malware, unauthorised access attempts, unapproved automation/scraping, false or discriminatory job listings, or data-protection-law violations.
Prices in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We do not store payment card details. Billing disputes must be raised within 30 days of the invoice date.
We may suspend/terminate accounts for Terms violations, security/legal risk, or 12+ months inactivity. You may terminate any time via info@progalaxyelabs.com; termination does not entitle a refund of prepaid fees.
Total aggregate liability is capped at amounts paid in the 3 months preceding a claim.
All platform content/software/trademarks are owned by ProGalaxy eLabs Pvt. Ltd. Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence granted for intended use only.
Laws of India; courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
Informal resolution attempt first (info@progalaxyelabs.com); unresolved disputes after 30 days go to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English in Hyderabad.
Registered users notified via email or website notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
